What we collect
Account details you provide when a workspace is created, the financial data you connect or upload to that workspace, and standard technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) kept for security and troubleshooting.
How it is used
Workspace data is used only to operate that workspace: classifying transactions, matching receipts, generating reports and answering support requests. It is never shared across workspaces or sold to a third party.
How it is stored
Each workspace's data lives in its own isolated database. Backups run on a regular schedule and are retained for recovery purposes only.
Your choices
A workspace owner can request an export or deletion of their data at any time by contacting hello@revolutionaryit.com.
