The review queue is not a flag someone sets and forgets to clear. It is computed fresh every time it is opened, from the transactions that need a look right now.
What it does
Built around how the work actually happens
Nothing to go stale
A transaction appears here because it currently has low classification confidence or no business assigned and is not marked personal, checked live, not read from a stored flag.
Short by design
Everything classification was confident about never shows up here at all.
Confirm and it is gone
Approving a transaction removes it from the query's result the next time it runs, because the condition that put it there is no longer true.
Same list, not a copy
The queue is a view over the transaction list, not a separate table that can drift out of sync with it.
